Advertisements

Advertisements can be booked for inclusion in the official EGU General Assembly 2017 Information & Schedules Book. You may choose between a full-page advert or a half-page advert:

• Full-page advert: €1,000 net; printed size 136 mm × 210 mm;
• Half-page advert: €500 net; printed size: 136 mm × 105 mm.

After having placed your advertisement order online, please send your camera-ready artwork file to be included in the Information & Schedules Book to Copernicus Meetings by 6 February 2017 at the latest. Please note that only camera-ready artwork files can be accepted.

Due to the spiral binding of the Information & Schedules Book, please create your adverts in the following sizes (actual printed sizes will be the ones mentioned above):

• Full-page advert: 148 × 210 mm;
• Half-page advert: 148 × 105 mm.

The advertisements will be printed in colour. Photographs and images should preferably be submitted as *.pdf files. They can also be submitted as *.jpg or *.png files with a resolution of 300 dpi. Line art (line/vector graphs) must be submitted as *.eps (encapsulated postscript) files.

The organizers reserve the right to withdraw the advertisement if payment is not received by 6 February 2017.
